If you follow Halle Berry on Instagram, you know she spent the last few months of 2019 working her butt off training for and filming the movie Bruised, in which she plays an MMA fighter. But from the looks of her Instagram Stories, the Oscar-winning actor is planning to spend a little more time on self-care and pampering in 2020.

On Friday, January 4, Berry wrote, “And here are a few more of my favorite things in the new year…” on her Instagram Stories, followed by several slides of the foods and fitness supplements she’s most looking forward to ingesting. Most of the slides, however, show the beauty products she plans on using throughout 2020 — and she clearly has great taste in bath and body treats.

First up, she shared a photo of two salt soaks by Kismet: the Chill Black Lava Salt Soak made with lavender and rosemary the Soothe Himalayan Salt Soak made with rose and ylang-ylang, each $20. When she is sufficiently soothed and chill, Berry washes with Aesop Geranium Leaf Body Cleanser, $45, which is touted as a gentle body wash with mandarin and bergamot rind oils.

If she’s not soaking or getting sudsy in the tub, Berry is apparently scrubbing because she shared two different scrubs. First up is Buddy Scrub Hey Gorgeous, I’m Coffee Body Scrub, a $15 exfoliator that, in addition to coffee, gets skin smoother with coconut and grapeseed oils, sea salt, and brown sugar. She uses a separate scrub for her feet — Heel to Toe Exfoliate Foot Scrub — which goes for just $7.

Once she’s out of the bath, Berry is a fan of using Lush Charity Pot Body Lotion, a floral-scented moisturizer with a cocoa butter base that helps raise money to support human rights, animal protection, and environmental activism. (The entire $28 dollars spent on each one goes to grassroots organizations.)

Not every beauty product Berry shared is for the body — or budget-friendly, for that matter. She declared the Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare SpectraLite FaceWare Pro her “personal favorite.” Going for $435, the futuristic, reusable, LED mask promises to boost collagen and fight acne breakouts.

The high-low regimen sounds like the perfect way to welcome the new year — and to spend pretty much every weekend of 2020.
